The centre is a self-sustaining one. Revenues are generated from its consulting, training and other services to the industry. The members of the Executive Committee (EC), Special Skill Councils (SSCs) and National Expert Councils (NECs) make donations by themselves and raise funds using their wider networks. The centre is also entitled to receive grants from various governmental and non- governmental agencies.
