Non-profit organizations usually deal with slightly different sets of variables in terms of their decision needs for effective design and implementation of their programs than commercialize entities. Finance, accounting, planning, monitoring advocacy and pricing are some such examples. Also the planning and monitoring component of non-profit organizations have different focuses than their equivalents in the commercial sectors.
