U&I provides a wide range of training and development services, meeting the needs of specific industry and individual clients. It offers both customized courses and off-the-shelf short courses on different management functional areas. U&I follows a partnership approach in developing and conducting the programmes with its clients. The centre engages expert resources from both home and abroad to ensure that its programmes are contemporary and relevant to our local needs.

Organizing joint training with organization’s in-house staff development programmes

Developing and imparting customized programmes to suit organization’s individual requirements

Assisting in development of client’s in-house training calendar in consultation with HRD and other responsible departments and line managers

Developing materials on company history, product information, market structure, legal issues, ethical standards, health & safety policies and CSR programmes to be used for training and general information dissemination

Conducting assessment and follow-up of the trainees for management feedback
07.
Organizing overseas training and higher education programmes for mid level and senior managers and other officials.

Setting up training /HRD units in the organization and providing on-going support

Recruiting trainers for the organization’s internal training/HRD units

Conducting training of the trainers (TOT) as part of institutional capacity building.
U&I has access to a wide range of training and conference room facilities equipped with modern tools within the university campus. If required, it can also avail facilities outside the campus. All successful participants of our training courses obtain an attendance certificate.
